Albuquerque, NM—The Southwest Public Policy Institute (SPPI) announced today the appointment of two distinguished leaders to its Board of Directors: Tim Eichenberg, the current Bernalillo County Treasurer, and Archana Pandey, a seasoned fintech and operations executive. These appointments bring a powerful combination of public-sector fiscal expertise and private-sector financial innovation to the Institute’s leadership team.
Tim Eichenberg currently serves as the Bernalillo County Treasurer, overseeing county investments and ensuring fiscal accountability for taxpayer resources. Eichenberg previously served two terms as the State Treasurer of New Mexico and represented the 15th district in the New Mexico Senate. With decades of experience in public finance and governance, he has a long-standing reputation for transparency and sound financial stewardship.
Archana Pandey is a high-impact product and operations leader with extensive experience in fintech, lending, and financial services. Currently serving as a Director of Operations at Hive Financial Systems, Pandey has a proven track record of building scalable loan management systems and navigating complex regulatory environments. Her career is defined by a commitment to financial inclusion, human dignity, and the expansion of equitable access to economic opportunities through fair and inclusive financial systems.
